Have used Bertolli for years. The light is good for frying and baked goods. There is no olive oil flavor in the end product. Used in place of canola or vegetable oil.

I use this for all my frying,baking and sauteing.It is healthier than other cooking oils and has a higher smoking point than regular olive oil,and it doesn't add olive oil flavor to my baked goods. It is the best!

We love this olive oil. We use it for everything. It has such a nice, light flavor about it. From tossing pasta, frying fish or even just adding balsamic vinegar to dunk bread it's perfect. We highly recommend!

My autistic son LOVES fries and wants them daily. I have a fry cutter. So I make him an Idaho for dinner fried in this oil. Nice and crispy. I season water w salt and garlic powder, boil the cut potatoes 5 min. Tje papertowel dry and fry. Very crispy and as long as you dont let the oil burn, way healthier than peanut/vegetable/canola oil.
