We love this olive oil. We use it for everything. It has such a nice, light flavor about it. From tossing pasta, frying fish or even just adding balsamic vinegar to dunk bread it's perfect. We highly recommend!

Since starting keto and learning about how unhealthy store bought soybean oil based mayo is i started making my own with this olive which is perfect cause you can't taste olive oil at all. Instead it taste just like my favorite Kraft mayo.

My autistic son LOVES fries and wants them daily. I have a fry cutter. So I make him an Idaho for dinner fried in this oil. Nice and crispy. I season water w salt and garlic powder, boil the cut potatoes 5 min. Tje papertowel dry and fry. Very crispy and as long as you dont let the oil burn, way healthier than peanut/vegetable/canola oil.
