It is really hard to find a protein drink that I like that doesn't have lactose, this one is great! I only wish it had more protein, that's the only reason I gave 4 stars.

Boost has a great taste and nutritional value. Unfortunately, my grandsons, age 18 and 16 make a habit of drinking several each day. So, I am missing out but enjoy knowing they are being helped.

Excellent supplemental drink. However the quantity and price leave a lot to be desired. This stuff is pricey and the bottles are small. Having said that/ he has gained a couple pounds since drinking it on a regular basis.
