You don't need to choke it down, tastes really close to the flavor that is stated. I will certainly drink these more and more. A good substitute to some other not so flavorful options out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just tried my sample of the Boost High Protein Vanilla flavored drink and was pleasantly surprised! The texture was smoother than I thought it would be and not as thick. It has a really nice vanilla flavor. Lots of protein, I feel pretty full.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tasted the Cafe Mocha flavor Boost high protein drink. It does have a nice coffee taste and is high in protein. While it contains 27 vitamins and minerals within this drink, I wasn't as happy to read the list of It's top 5 ingredients: Water, Glucose Syrup, milk protein concentrate, sugar, vegetable oil. Two of their top 5 ingredients are sugar, which is why there are 15 grams of sugar in this drink and 240 total calories per bottle. When I drink a protein drink, I don't necessarily need sugar in there to make it taste good. I wouldn't recommend this drink, as there are other protein drinks I prefer better.

I add it to my coffee, and it tastes great. Naturally, it's great alone, but I use it in so many ways. It's also perfect in my overnight oats.

It taste more like a milk shake to me. I drank it in the morning to give me an extra boost before getting my day started and I have to say it worked. I was very impressed with the quality of this shake.

It seems the 20 gram boost drink does not say lactose free anymore on the 24 or 6 case boxes anymore. That was so important. It seems a little different now in taste too. Other vegan drinks have pea prtein and chia seeds which my husband is allergic to. Because of my husbands stroke It is hard for my husband to use his false teeth. This drink used to be perfect especially when out or at doctor appointments so he has something to eat, At home I can grind his food with the food processor and he can eat at home. Please respond immediately if the drink is still lactose free. And also the drink is very hard to open.
