It's nice to have a drink that's helps me feel my best and taste delicious. The only thing I do not like is the plastic seal which is hard to remove.

I like to drink it chilled very cold. I like that there's 20g of protein in such a small bottle and I have a lack of protein in my diet so this is something I can drink daily to supplement. This is mainly because I can remember the hospital and later nursing home giving a similar type drink to my mother years ago. I know that it was a different brand and was in a can but I just thought that this type of drink wasn't for me. However after drinking a sample of Boost Chocolate Sensation high protein drink, I love it now! It had a very good taste! Even though it contained corn syrup and sugar, the drink was not too sweet for my taste. I liked the fact that this drink also contained protein plus 26 vitamins and minerals. It's almost a complete meal in a drink form! I drank this Chocolate Boost for breakfast along with yogurt when I knew I would have a busy morning that turned into an all day out. I didn't feel as hungry or tired as I normally would have been especially when having to eat a very late lunch. I would definitely want to drink Boost again. I think my husband would also enjoy this.
