I drank it for lunch, it filled me up and gave me energy that lasted throughout the daytime. These are a balanced nutritional drink.

I've been drinking a strawberry flavored boost for breakfast and vanilla flavored boost after evening workout every day for over a year. Just opened new cases of each type and they are horrible tasting now. They have a medicinal aftertaste. I don't know what changes were made but it's horrible. Too bad I will have to switch to another brand next shopping trip.

Drank Boost since my heart surgery in 2001. At least one bottle per day. It tasted like a chocolate milkshake. Now it tastes like a watered down chocolate milk. Terrible! 20 year customer gone. Bring back the old flavor, and stop trying to make more money by scrimping on ingredients. Bring back the original flavor and I'll buy again.

Tastes better served really cold. The only thing is that there is to many carbs. For a little bottle. But other than that, I would recommend.

This is not one of those believe me I even have my parents drinking them. And they don't drink anything unless it have Vitamins and nutrients and taste great.
