A friend recommended Very Vanilla Boost. I got sick and friend recommended this product. that was 2 yrs ago. Still order it. Like it because of the stevia in it. Not 100 % sugar. stevia yes, maybe not 100 % but preferr Very vanilla boost to competitor!

It is really hard to find a protein drink that I like that doesn't have lactose, this one is great! I only wish it had more protein, that's the only reason I gave 4 stars.

My mom is 103yrs. old and she asked me to get this drink for her , hopefully to restore some of her energy, it seems to work and she still gets around very well. So i say it works for her which is fine with me!
