these are great. they are super boring but great if you just want something to chew on. almonds are great for your heart and since theres no salt, they are super healthy! i wouldnt reccomend these if you want a GOOD snack but these are my fave if im just bored and want something to eat

This is my go to snap k for any time during the day. My kids also love these almonds. They are a little expensive but I don't mind knowing it is a healthy snack. I always have to but the large bag and it is actually a better value than the small can. I highly recommend these to anyone.
