I normally make my pancake batter from scratch, but my friend recommend me to try this because it is so easy. She gifted me a box. She is eight…So this is so easy just add water. The box says wait at least 2 minutes. That is the key to fluffy pancakes. I wisk lightly and worked on shredding my potatoes while I waited for batter reaction to occur. It doubled in size. I am so shocked and pleasantly surprised how fluffy and delicious these pancakes are for just adding water. For sure timesaver and taste good.

These are a very good box mix basic buttermilk pancake. They're quick and easy to make, and hard to mess up. The only thing better is making them yourself from scratch with real buttermilk, but if you're like me and somehow mess it up every time, the box mix is great.
