This scent is the classic scent only 2x stronger and made my whole house smell insane for hours and hours. I wish other cleaners would take notice of this! It did clean to perfection and was very fast with my kitchen clean up so that is a plus. Floors came out sparkling. Great on the toilets. I would recommend unless you hate strong smells. I would buy again.

Pine Sol original has been my go-to cleaner for decades. Bought a bottle and brought it home. Poured some out and smell was disgusting, like cheap bathroom spray. I hate it. Looked at bottle upset with myself for buying the wrong product, but no, it now has a "longer lasting scent." That should read "disgusting new scent you will hate."

After using this in my kitchen I not only have a sparkling clean outcome-I can sit and enjoy the feeling of a weekend camping trip under the stars.

I can't explain what exactly makes it turn my stomach, but I can't stand the "longer lasting" scent! It doesn't smell like pine; it smells like some weird pine perfume! I hate it so much that after I used it once, I gave the rest of it away. I've been buying Pine Sol for 20 years, but will never buy it again until I see a Pine Sol "Classic" label (because apparently, you're still calling this new horrible formula "Original"...)
