I have been buying this item for a while now. First time seeing so many damaged or "crusty" cups in a box.

Creamer might be bad cause it leaves an oily film in coffee and the cups have a ring around inside like milk that has gone bad.

The last 3 boxes I've gotten have all curdled. Did the formula change? I've never had an issue before.

It is so good! It's finally a new flavor in zero sugar, willy Wonka fudgy caramel... I truly pray that they get more in.

I would like the pods for the carmel creamer to come back. Can’t find the box 192 pods. I like French Vanilla but I love carmel.

Poor manufacturing/handling, had to open and smell each one for freshness as wasnt sure which ones had were not leaking, many had sour smell

I buy this product many time.poor package is leaks and stuck together most of them empty I'm very disappointed if its possible I need money back or replace the itime

The only problem was that a couple of the creamers leaked out.
