Great product when purchased in store and you can check the expiration date. When buying online it is hit or miss. 1st order product expired in 5 months which was a little close, but acceptable. Last order shipped items that expired in less than 3 months and leaked. The 1 star is for purchasing item from Sam's Club, not the product.

I own a restaurant and purchase French Vanilla and Hazelnut usually 3 - 5 cases every other week. Yes there are many times a few will pop open for whatever reason and make a bit of a mess but a little water takes care of the issue. A few weeks ago I opened a box that felt a bit light and looked half empty so I counted the creamers. The box should have had 192 but only had 132. The box was factory sealed. When I called ID they immediately said they would send me a check for the entire box and I received the check as promised. I have bought 100's of cases and am happy with the product and service.
