I tried MiraLax and was amazed how it worked. I put some in my juice, it mixed great, no taste or aftertaste. I was surprised how well it worked and the packets are great to take on the go or for traveling.

I do love to have them around whenever i need them. I like that you can dissolve it in any drink and enjoy it while the medicine takes effect. So far i did not have any issues using them and they relieved my symptoms.

And it makes it easy for if you travel and find yourself having issues to go. Really great product and does help with bowel movements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the discreet packaging and very female friendly product. This is a extremely gentle product- takes about a day to work so if you are looking for instantly relief, this is not the product, but does help promote gentle regularity.

With consistent gastro problems including IBS, doctors consistently prescribe you supple,Mets and powders that aid to regular digestion. Unfortunately those who lack good gut health may struggle by using his daily. I have since found that if you are no properly hydrated this product causes terrible abdominal cramping and pain. I would not recommend this for long term use unless necessary.

I've been working out and as part of the process, I've been adding more protein to my diet. With an increased protein intake, comes constipation, boooo. I mixed a packet of the powder in cold water, the ultimate test, and shook it up. I used a shaker bottle with a metal ball and after a few shakes, the powder dissolved completely. I added in my beverage and there was no change to the flavor. I wasn't sure what to expect, TBH, part of me was expecting a Dumb and Dumber moment. It was nothing like that. Everything was normal, just easier. I'm very surprised and happy that the product made a difference but it wasn't a drastic impact.

This product doesn't put you on the toilet immediately but helps you go within the next 24 hours. I didn't really notice any taste with this product. Definitely worth buying again to keep on hand
