It also was tasteless, which was nice. I highly recommend this as a quick, convenient solution to any constipation or irregular issues.

What I really liked was that it is pre-measured,can be mixed with water or juice and had a nice flavor. It was gentle on my stomach also

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have use Miralax mix in pax for a few days and I start to feel a difference, it was not immediate relief but it works, and like the fact that doesn't have flavor so I can mixed with my favorite drink.

With consistent gastro problems including IBS, doctors consistently prescribe you supple,Mets and powders that aid to regular digestion. Unfortunately those who lack good gut health may struggle by using his daily. I have since found that if you are no properly hydrated this product causes terrible abdominal cramping and pain. I would not recommend this for long term use unless necessary.
