Just what the title says, these are pouches to make a 1 gallon batch of Lipton tea. I use a gallon Gator Aid container and throw one bag in with normal hot tap water. I let it sit on the counter until it is cool and then put in fridge for ice tea. I would not chance using boiling water in a plastic container and that trend of ''sun-brewed'' tea years ago is a marketing gimmick; hot water from faucet has been doing it for me since 1988. Sometimes simple is the best way.

Great for making a pitcher of tea and I wouldn't be without them, but Lipton was apparently led astray by whoever told them these bags didn't need a string and a tab like smaller bags. I use a 14-inch hemostat to get the bags out of my pitcher... no clue how others manage it.

My family really likes this tea, and I love the larger bags so I don't have to count out multiples. But that being said, the last 2 boxes I got, had multiple bags already busted. They are not sealed well at the seams and grounds are all in the boxes and if you don't catch it, all in your tea jug.

For over 20 years I used Louisianne Tea. I had lived in the south for 9 years and that is the brand most used the years I lived in Tennessee and Texas. I went to a friends house just last year and his wife had made ice tea. after drinking I ask her is this was Louisianne tea because this is the best tea I have had in years. She told me it was Lipton! To quote an old advertisement. "Try it again for the first time." BIG difference.

Over the coarse of a few decades, I have tried store brand tea and Luzianne tea. There is no comparison to Lipton. I dont understand how the same kind tea can taste so bad. I m a southern grandma who cooks daily and makes sweet tea for the drink. Lipton has always and will always be the only choice. Not bitter, oily or a strange chemical taste. Simply Perfect everytime.

I love these tea bags!! At first I thought they were too big for my small family then i got a tea diffuser and I can measure the amount of tea I need for the amount of water I'm using. What a savings too! Individualized amounts and strengths, and at a great savings! If family is coming I make a gallon, if not I make half gallon.

This used to be a quality product, but this box was terrible. 7 of the tea bags were not sealed completely from the factory and there was loose black tea everywhere in the box. I had to clean off and check every single seam on each bag to see which ones I could actually use. I have never had this problem with the great value tea and it is a much cheaper product.

I loved that it was placed on my porch while I was not at home. Thanks so much. I will absolutely love having wal mart that will deliver my food. It is hard for me to carry heavy items into my apartment. You deliver right where I can pick up and take in thanks so very much for your great place to shop

I used to buy this in a 2 pack at Sam's Club but they no longer carry it. I can only find it Walmart now. I love it because, well, it's Lipton Iced Tea. The gallon size bags are really convenient since I only make iced tea by the gallon. Considering how much I pay for the regular tea bags versus the gallon size bags, this is much less work (don't have to unwrap individual bags or fish multiple bags out of the container when done) for almost the same amount of money.

I use these gallon tea bags in my catering biz. They turn out great, tea is strong, not watered down. I also transport my sweet tea double concentrated, so 2 gal. bags per gallon, add double the sugar to accommodate when you add equal amount of water. I do not concentrate the un-sweet tea, as it can cloud quickly.
