Awful. Gives off a pesticide smell and metallic taste. Definitely not from the bark of a real Cinnamon tree, but created from a Cassia plant. Cassia is reddish-brown, while Ceylon (real Cinnamon) is tan-brown. As for the smell, Ceylon will have a delicate, citrusy, and sweet aroma, while cassia will unpleasantly overwhelm your senses. Returned for a refund.

Flavor is not as good as another cinnamon product I have used. It will not buy this brand again.

It make something like galatine n hot water, i think something wrong with me but many other revirws like this

We ran out of cinnamon so we got this to make bundt cakes. The cakes made with this stuff taste horrible. Do not buy this for baking.

It does not have cinnamon flavor, and moreover, it tuns into a gelatenous substance when put in warm water. It does not compare to the organic ground cinnamon available at the club.

I added it to my diet for health benefits, good for blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure. Price checked against other online sites and this price for a quality brand is the best. The lowest price cinnamon capsules at Ama are about 13X more expensive. Probably absorbs better when consumed with food anyway. tastes fine - like cinnamon!
