I don't have white teeth to begin with. I am a coffee and tea drinker and would have to get my teeth professional clean to uave tyat movie star smile. But this keeps teeth looking better with it than without it and it has a refreshing taste.

Great! The whitener is a good idea but I don't think it really does anything except make my mouth feel fresh and minty. The most important thing I do all day is use my Waterpik!

So far, 3 weeks and teeth aren't white yet. But my wife and I alternately used the whitening capsules. Our teeth feel smoother than before.

I put one tablet every evening after I brush my teeth in the waterpik handle. By the time I'm finished flossing, the tablet has completely dissolved.

The tablets leave your breath smelling minty fresh. However, I have not seen a noticeable difference in the whiteness of my teeth.

These tablets sincerely make a differance with interproximal stain, bar none! My teeth overall are whiter, and the interproximal stain is gone!!!

I like the minty flavor, but as is often the case with artificially sweetened products...it is too sweet. I can't say if it has whitened my teeth or not, it's only been a month and I have braces.

This whitener works really good and the taste isn't bad.
