5 years still works great

I bought this yesterday 6-8-18 and set up. The bottom legs where out of balance. On looking further the frame around the door was defective(bent) so door didn't close properly. I had read this could happen in other reviews but thought wouldn't happen to me. Sam's is a big customer so would be good to correct this problem. Store people unconcerned that customers are going through lot of stress to go through this.Really bad!

very poor construction!

This is my second Sharps micro-wave. The first one died after several years of daily use so I did not hesitate to replace it with the current model. The dimensions are a perfect fit for my counter where it is located. I was pleased to note some upgrades from the previous model: the turntable plate holder is much improved and it runs quieter. My only criticism is that the cord is a bit short and depending on the location of the electrical outlet, may be an issue. Overall I am highly satisfied and recommend this product.
