The recepies/instructions do not say which beaters to use. Had difficulty mixing mashed potatoes

LOVE THE SMALL SIZE AND WEIGHT. GAVE IT FIVE STARS BUT HAVE NOT USED IT YET.

Its my first mixing machine and i buy the red one for baking cookies, brownies etc.
