They will automatically renew your membership even when auto renew is turned OFF. I've now contacted them 4X to correct the situation. The website will not allow to remove my credit card even though membership is CANCELLED after just calling the again. If that isnt't bad enough the membership is now IN MY Cart and won't let me remove it from the CarT!!! This is a terrrible experience!!

Sam's Club app was not always working properly, there were couple times the app was frozen at Scan %26 Go. Consequently, without a physical Sam's Club card I wasn't able to complete checkout any items. After an hour of shopping, I was compelled to return all items to their original positions on the shelf, effectively wasting my time and effort!

AMAZING THAT SAMS FORCES THE CLUB RENEWAL EVERYTIME I TRY TO SHOP ON THE WEBSITE. MORE CORPORATE GREED AND I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY MEMBERSHIP. THERE ARE MANY CLUBS AVAILABLE THAT I CAN JOIN AND NOT BE FORCED TO PAY THE HIGH RENEWAL FEES.SAMS SUCKS!!!
