One cup with 3/4 cup of skim milk is 250 calories so it's good for a quick breakfast. I do like to prepare mine with a few slices of banana and a sprinkle of brown sugar. I'm giving three stars for the bioengineered ingredient label and how fast the flakes get soggy.

I know CEO does not eat their product, worst raisins I've ever had just like little rocks in cereal. I have to have napkin next to bowl to spit out every one. I have been trying to lower my cholesterol lately by eating a high fiber diet, so I'm pleased that this cereal is a good source of fiber.
