My favorite if all. Not a big fan of fruit and yogurt one though

I have been eating my Red Berries cereal mixed up with 4 oz. Of Noosa yogurt. It takes care of my breakfast meat cravings and I've lost 25 lbs. In 5 weeks.

It's not too sweet. I tried the others with the bananas, almonds and clusters and they were too sweet for me. The red berries is just right and tastes great, too.

Love the flakes, the are different than regular special K but each are good in their own way. I love the berries, they add that extra burst of sweetness.
