I Highly Recommend Chinet From Sam’s Club

For my family’s Christmas Eve gathering, I used Chinet paper plates for desserts (8.75 in., 225 ct.) I had already bought the Chinet platters to use as dinner plates. Both products are exceptionally sturdy, and Sam’s price was very reasonable. I will definitely use this product again for the next gathering.

Horrible plates

I purchased these to have sturdy plates for a large crowd. These are the absolute worst plates ever. If I could have gotten my money back-I would have. The minute anything hits the plate-it turns flimsy like paper. If I could give 1 star I would. They are not even good for chips and salsa. Waste of money. An embarrassment.

Premium Price Paper Plates but Lower Quality

The China plates used to be of a premium quality. These plates certainly have deteriorated over the last couple years and are no longer of a premium quality, but still have a premium price.

    Great Size

This luncheon plate is a great size but questionable quality! First package I purchased, I returned as there was some plates were discolored and smeared with some stain. Sam's gladly returned my money for these. I purchased a second package......no stains but several plates do have spots where the paper is somewhat bubbled.

    Chinet paper plates

I had to return them because they looked soiled and dirty! I showed the clerk how they looked and she agreed. I thought it could have been just one batch but when I exchanged it for another one I opened it in front of the clerk and we both saw that one was soiled and dirty too! So she gave me a refund. I need to call the company and let them know as well.

    Disappointed

When using, the paper plate bottom disintegrates if food that contains liquid (eg sauces, dressings, etc) sits on it too long. This is especially true if you also use a plastic knife to cut food that sits on top of plate also! How disappointing - especially since this is supposed to be a brand name company. Will not purchase these again.

    Not that strong

These are good for snacking but not for food with any type of moisture, which actually are most foods.

    Won't Purchase Again

Great process, but not to a standard I would have thought for Chinet. Leak, not hold proof, & really not fit to heat food on, as any liquid seeps thru bottom. It's a no for me.

    Soggy plate

These plates unlike other paper plates are bery fragile and cannot hold any type of liquid. For example from steaks or spaghetti. The plate needs to be used in conjunction with another plate for solid items like sandwhiches or breaded items

    Junk

This plates are not what they use to be. They are cheaply made where dampness causes a hole in the bottom. Need to return to the original paper as before. It is a rip off for the name and price.

    Not good

These plates are only good for cold items. Anything hot that makes a liquid will soak thru plate. Not good for microwave even though it says they are microwaveable. I won't purchase again.

    Terrible

These are the worst plates that you could ever buy. Literally anything you put on them whether it be chips, any food… It leaks and you'll have to use 2 to 3 plates which is ridiculous. The picture I'm posting is two plates and I made roasted broccoli. Even if I make a grilled cheese sandwich one plate is soaked.

    Buyer Beware

I should have read the reviews and stuck with my Member's Mark plates. They were so weak that I was eating the paper and had to have something underneath to keep from leaking onto the floor. I actually contacted the company about these plates. Funny thing is I was buying Chinet to elevate my paper products and the elevator took me the basement instead...Not worth it!
