I wear these at night during those really heavy periods. Been using them since elementary. I guess I'm scared I'll bleed through my pants. These are definitely for insurance but can sometimes be uncomfortable because they're so large.

If you have a very heavy flow, I definitely recommend this brand. It's comfortable and sticks okay. I wouldn't say it's the best hold, but it does the job. This pair is good, but the one with wings is even better.
