I use all the time bc i have a big flow so it helps a lot, what i don't like is that is a thin pad , i would feel much better . It's comfy tho, it doesnt leak.

The Always size 5 are very absorbent and the size is long enough to provide good coverage overnight or on heavy days. You can barely feel them while wearing. Also the adhesive keeps theboad in place without transferring residue to your clothing.
