These are the best for anyone that has heavy menstrual cycle. They provide excellent security through the night without any spillage. They are pretty big ,but definitely only intended to wear during sleeping hours though. They fit big,but they also get the job done as well. They're not really comfortable ,but don't cause me any pain either.
