These pads are so helpful for heavy periods. I have pcos and heavy periods are a part of life unfortunately but these are so helpful and I never have to worry about leaks at the back when I'm sleeping

These pads have always worked with me, they are definitely a perfect fit and comfy. And aren't to expensive either. I would try them out if you haven't already.
