I have heavy menses and these pads are my go to. Very reliable. And have no leaks I absolutely love them. Almost feels like you have nothing on very breathable and no show.

The best I have found so far. It absorbs more than the other I've used. However, still not enough and needs to change at least every 3 hours. It's relatively comfortable, you can barely feel it.

These are good for really heavy days and heavy nights. Rarely leak and they pretty comfortable for a thick pad. They can feel bulky is you don't have a very heavy flow when using them.
