Though I do not wear these anymore, I do say they were a life saver when I first started my period. I have a heavy flow so it was helpful at night when I was younger

american pad is so bad, being from brazil I noticed the difference. If you have a heavy flow you gotta change it more often than normal and this one is huge

i have heavy cycles so i like to wear these at night to avoid leakage. its pretty comfortable and i never have any leakage with these. not for wear out in public because thdy will show through cause they are very thick
