Lifesaver for those heavy flow days would not worry about about back flow cos it cover well. Would strongly recommend for anyone with heavy flow, you can sleep with peace and change just once at night if you have very heavy flo.

Using any products with chemicals is bad for your vagina. I changed to the "Free Bleed" Method years ago, only using period panties and reusable cloth pads. Oh what a difference in my vagina health. The cramps are minimal S well.
