I use these pads day and night. I can sleep without any stress. These are so much better than the regular pads. The wings stays intact through out.

Im so glad they have a bigger size now for heavier menstrual cycles. I always used size 4 but now I realize I need more coverage. Just wish the wings were a bit longer so the pad doesn't move at night. Otherwise I recommend

It has two sets of wings and is very thick so its great at protecting my clothes! After a while it gets comfortable and you dont have to change it as often as a thin pad.
