I have a very heavy flow so I need these. They fit well for it. Its not the most comfortable but more comfortable than other brands I have used. They are good at protecting from leaks as well.

This works well for protecting your clothes and while sleeping , loses a star for toxic ingredients in the manufacturing process I think always can do better on that but otherwise a good product
