These pads are very comfortable and are great for a heavy flow. They are especially good for nights as they don't leak and provide great coverage. I do notice odor sometimes but if they are changed frequently it's not a problem.

These are my favorite pads for nighttime use. They're super long, which prevents any possible leaks. They might be too long and thick for daytime use, but they provide security for night!

The Amazing Maxi size 5 heavy overnight pads are wonderful for night time use, love the fact they have wings to help it stay in place while I sleep. They have great absorbency and most importantly they stick and don't come off.

i suffer with severe endometriosis and this is the only pad that works for me. i have a very heavy flow so i have to wear the all night everyday but it's so comfortable!
