I use these on the first couple of days to sleep. It protects completely. I never have to worry about anything passing through. I use the ultra thin 5 ones for during the day.

I definitely feel confident sleeping in them. No more stains on my bed. (mostly the first ones my period is heavy) They are soft and very comfortable, they are also discreet.

These pads although big do soak up everything. They feel comfortable as you sleep or if your a heavy flower then they get you through day, very comfortable
