I love these, I wear them at night on my heavy days and I have no issues with leakage! Only thing is you can tell your wearing one so really only best to wear at night.

This overnight pads are great. This truly protect you are your heaviest days. I sleep with so much comfort and security. It's the perfect for me covering me from front to back. I think it does block odor because personally I haven't experience that.
