They hold especially during sleep just hate that they are so bulky. It's like wearing a diaper lol I don't know how that feels but I'm assuming. Wish they made them that long but able to hol alot during sleep.

Very absorbent, comfortable fit and barely any leakage throughout the light. I switch between a few brands and these do the job when I do happen to grab them. They stick fine and don't move around.
