My flow varies and on heavy days, these are the only ones that provide full coverage and absorbency. They are on the thicker side so sometimes, if wearing tight clothing, they feel a little like a diaper, or definitely a thicker pad. I like to know that I am protected, so I can definitely overlook that.

What can I say .. I've always loved this brand ! Not only have I used them when menstruating I also used them for bladder leaks at night as I got older . I have multiple sclerosis so bladder weakness came very early for me . I know I can depend on them . This is a brand I know well and trust very much so ! They held up great and didn't leak and they also locked it in to keep me feeling dry . They're available in so many sizes on many levels . Like they have a pad for every need ! I've spent a lot of time jumping back and forth between brands and absorbency levels over the years and the problems are always the same when it comes to pads. Either the pad has great absorbency and coverage but is too bulky, or the pad is thin but doesn't have the absorbency, or the sticky parts aren't sticky enough, or the wings are in a weird place that doesn't even wrap around where they need to be. These pads have been the answer to all of these issues for me.

These feel like you're wearing a diaper. I have a big butt (50 inch hips) and they cover almost my whole butt. My period hates me at night so, I wear these on my two heavy days. These always maxi pads are good to use on my heavy period days. I like how they give me a lot of protection on my heavy flow days. They are not the most comfortable to wear all day or sleep with at night. Also I don't like how they bunch up after every use when wearing them every day.

I have had a heavy flow all my life and was excited to come across these pads. They are very absorbent. I know they are advertised as "sleep" pads but you can wear these in the day because they are not bulky. If you have a heavy flow give these a shot. I've been buying them for years.

I'd like to use pies and I use these kind specifically because I am a heavy bleeder so I like to use these ones they're very comfortable but after four hours of using it you notice you would need to change it but other than that they soak up a lot of blood For the few hours they hold up but in general, I really do enjoy this brand for my pads
