Very comfortable, even more so at night time. I have a heavy flow and a regular pad simply ain't gonna make it through the hour. They are on the thicker side so sometimes, if wearing tight clothing, they feel a little like a diaper, or definitely a thicker pad. It soaks perfectlyno accidents, no draining liquid out on the sides of the pad. It is perfect i recommendusing it day and night if you are to stay home . Only if you plan to gobplaces so maybe smaller version og always is better. But it is the one to go with at night.
