I usually have to use two. The first one in its regular position and the second one with a 90 degree angle placed at the back so that when i sit or sleep or dance or work i'm sure it does not make my close dirty. I think the pads are too small. They are good for people under 50 kg. i have not tried the "maxi heavy over night" yet. Maybe that will be good but we dont have it in out country

These are my most favorite pads ever! They are my go to! I have a very heavy flow and a lot of my flow moves towards the front when I am seated. These are perfect as they are long enough to cover front and back. I know that they are meant for night time but they are my lifesaver during the day. I don't know what I would do without these.

Personally, I love using these for days and nights I experience a heavy flow and it does well most of the time. However, there are times we're the pad does a shift and I would have to change my underwear. I'd say if you're ever experiencing a heavy flow day, use it during the afternoon/evening time.

Always maxi size 4 with wings has a great odor control. It's absorb well at night so you can feel dry all night long. But they are too thick and I'm uncomfortable at night when I lay down in bed. I'm not sure because of the design or while but it get rash every time I use them. Please improve the product

These are great, the always brand has always been my preferred brand. Other brands add too much fragrance and end up giving me an infection. But these are comfy fit well and absorb quite a lot. The adhesive sticks to any type of fabric that sometimes the pad rips off and the wings stay. But it is well recommended!

I have used always pads since I was 16 this is the brand I prefer . These pads last long and holds a lot in them . They are not messy they don't leak out . They are good for any place you go . The price is great too . If you need something to help you get a box of these . I usually use the always long ones for good support

This a great product these pads are made really well and are the perfect size for heavy flow I use them at night and during the day for my cycle they're easy to put on and they work perfectly they stay in place and protect from leakage and are comfortable to wear I feel secure and don't feel weird going out or going to bed I would definitely recommend

I am going to be honestly with you, I get extremely heavy periods. I'm talking I have to wear 2 of these bad boys at a time (shout out to my autoimmune disease lol). Regardless, these have been the most efficient pads that I've used. They hold well & seem to “leak” less than other brands.
