My first few days are my heaviest and these reeealllyyy help me overnight. I used to wear Size 4 but I kept waking up with..... yunnow lolol So I switched to Size 5 and things have been pretty good! No messes haha I always use Feminine Products that are Unscented bc I dont trust ones that are scented, and these are just fine!

Always products seem to be the most accessible quality products that work. These are no different they are a bit thick and bulky but they absorb allot and for a girl with a heavy flow that's amazing. The also have a large sticky area that sticks to the back of your underwear to protect against leaks at night As a big booty girl I appreciate that and so do my bedsheets

These are literally the exact ones that I wear, unfortunately as I'm getting older I've noticed my periods are getting heavier and for a longer amount of time- I haven't found heads that come anywhere near in comparison to these. I've bought two packs so far and will continue to buy more, they are a little bulky but because I'm only wearing them overnight and honestly in bed it doesn't bother me that much.

I personally, love these! They are light weight and comfortable and you will forget you're even wearing them. Occasionally, they will leak… but I am probably the exception. I had fibroids and these still usually held up to the test. If you have a normal cycle, you will probably never have that problem. They are super soft and comfortable.

Very comfortable, even more so at night time. I have a heavy flow and a regular pad simply ain't gonna make it through the hour. No longer afraid of staining the covers or wearing something white hehe!! Only thing tho I gotta wear baggy clothes because they are a bit thicker but I don't mind as long as I feel comfortable!

These are the only pads that provide me the protection from leakage that I need and they are very absorbent. They are pretty thick and long which is what I need because I am a heavy bleeder. They are very comfortable and I don't worry about leakage at all! I highly recommend these is you bleed heavy!

I love the quality and material of these cotex. They're very absorbent and lasts for more hours compared to other brands. I love the fact it has wings on the sides because us women move a lot either sleeping or even during the day. Even to go out and dance or eat out. It's a worry free product for me. Love it!

I've tried this realized they are too thick for me. I normally purchase thin pads with wings, but I saw that these were extra long with wings and decided to give them a try. I do not like to feel like I am wearing a diaper; while wearing these. These are very long as well; I think these pads would work just fine for someone that does not mind the padding or the overall thickness. Since these pads are so thick, I feel like there isn't a "breathability" to them. I feel sweaty and gross! I would not recommend these pads to someone that prefers thinner pads. I will say that these pads have great absorbency and I never had to worry about a leak even though the first day of my menstrual cycle!

I always buy Always. They are the largest pad out there. They cover you from way in the front to high up in the back. These hold a lot of blood for those of us that are heavy bleeders. The only flaw is that the top layer tears during the course of the day. Even so, they have stayed my first choice.

I use this Always Maxi size 5 extra heavy overnight pads with wings at night so i dont have to worry about leaking. It is long to absorb my period without being worry i will leak through my pants onto the bed sheet. I can sleep on my back comfortably instead of having to lie on my side. Definitely recommend to anyone who still have to suffer this menstrual cycle every month.
