The protection that they bring is unmatched. I've never had a leakage whilst asleep wearing them but they are very bulky and sometimes don't adhere to the underwear well. I still find them to be the best nighttime pad for the first (very heavy flow) nights.

These pads are pretty comfy and they absorb quite a bit. The only real issue is that they get twisted like other pads throughout the day and don't necessarily stay straight as it was put on to start. They are very soft to the skin though and I just use two to sleep in.

My flow varies and on heavy days, these are the only ones that provide full coverage and absorbency. They are on the thicker side so sometimes, if wearing tight clothing, they feel a little like a diaper, or definitely a thicker pad. I like to know that I am protected, so I can definitely overlook that.It fit really well either way

I have heavy flow so this really helps me a lot. It is a little bulky but it has amazing coverage. And I mean from the front to the back & even the sides. I don't think I've ever leaked whenever I wore this. P.S. they also have a thinner version now.

I have pros and cons about this product but I mostly love it. I love the fact that I can use it for overnight especially for a heavy flow but I also find it a little uncomfortable at times and can't wear it daytime Because I feel like it makes me look big from my behind.

They may seem for bigger people but they do good for someone that's 5'3 118-119lbs. They don't leak, and hold a lot. Only bad thing I've had is they started making me irritated. I was wondering if they change the way they made them and something else is in them.
