Been using it for more than one year now. I just moved to the state last year and I had a hard to find the best pads to use because I couldn't find the one that I usually wear in here. I decided to try this product and I like the result. This product absorbed liquid very quickly so no need to worry about leaking while I'm asleep. The wings also works perfectly to hold the pads in place. I only wear it in early cycle and when it comes to end cycle, I bought the different size.

I like the length of these pads! They protect from front to back and i don't have to worry about sleeping on any particular side or way. Its great for the mornings when i get a lil swept up with taking my kids to school before i get a moment to myself.. i know im still protected.

I think I would have liked it better if it had wings. I did not have any leaks but i was worried i would because of the issue of it not staying in place.

These pads are honestly the best, especially when sleeping. I have a constant heavy flow and these make me feel secure and like I won't wake up to a mess. Not only are they secure but they feel like they aren't even there. All I hear is a good nights rest!

I have been experiencing stress incontinence lately and this extra heavy overnight pad is a life saver. I use this pad day and night. It is comfortable, not too bulky and the wings keep it firmly in place. The unscented pad is very effective in controlling body odor. It keeps me fresh and dry during episodes of incontinence and never leaks. This product is reasonable price compared to other brands. Definitely recommend.

My Aunt Flow comes in heavy and frice the first few days of their visit and these get me thru. I do wish they'd stay in place a little better, I have had a few move while sleeping and it's helllo Dexter Sence on my bed spread in the morning but not enough to deduct more then one star.

I typically have a heavier flow, so I sometimes use the overnight pads during the day because it absorbs more than the heavy flow daytime pads, I don't know why but it does. I like that it is unscented because the scent messes up my phc and my period. I would recommend anyone that has a heavier flow and prefers pads like me for whatever reason I would say to use the overnight pads during the day as well as night.

I really like the comfort and leak protection of this pad, when I use it on my heavy days. The absorbency is great and fits very well. The packaging is also nice, I like that it tells me the level of leak protection it covers. In all I recommend this product.
