These are great for older kids who still sometimes struggle with overnight accidents. They are absorbent yet quiet and breathable and fit like underwear so they are more discreet than pull ups.

I expect a lot from my Pampers. They cost a bit more, but I have learned that it is worth it. These are no exception. Amazing absorbency and fit. Worth the extra pennies.

My 4 y/o is of slightly average height, but a chunky boy and isn't ready to get up and go w/o accidents. Goodnites were way too tight on him, the store brands just don't hold up. Underjams are perfect for his husky body and holds him perfectly through the night. We thought because of the thinness of them they wouldn't hold up overnight, but we were surprised in the morning it could have easily held a few more hours worth of urine. Thank you Pampers for making a fabulous product!

Both my daughters suffer from bedwetting. However, they cannot use the traditional pull-on diapers (pants) for bedwetting. Would be nice to see larger sizes of regular diapers for older children. We have tried the Parents Choice size 7 diaper but they are still a bit small for my 11 year old. We have had nothing but leaks from the Pull-On style diapers. Plus, they are way too expensive for a lot of families and baby diapers are much more affordable - AND WORK BETTER AGAINST LEAKS! Please make larger sizes of Regular Pampers, Luvs, Huggies, and Store brand baby diapers! Thank You.

I have always loved Pampers products but was unsure about this one as I did not know anyone that had used these, and there were really no reviews online; however, I decided that I would give it a shot since Pampers makes a good product. I have twins and I have to say that I am quite pleased with this product. It is not as close to underwear as the packaging makes you believe, but it is not as loud or thick as a diaper and does the job overnight. I have had leaks with this though, but it may be my fault as my boys were not going to be bathroom right before bed so they were soaking these, and they are not meant to be soaked. They are not diapers, they are just more as an extra layer of protection. Once my boys got into a better routine at night and went to the bathroom before bed, this product worked the way it was supposed to. We are extremely happy with this product, we only use it at night and it does the trick. It is affordable and perfect for us. 

the underjams l -xlagr get to heavy when wet. and there to thick. and they leak very bad. and people are calling underjams a diaper. dont call it a diaper. its a underjam disposable under pants. I whent back to my pampers with extra protection size 6. and no more wet sheets like pampers underjams.
