I am on my third value pack of these and I must say I absolutely love them, the comfort is the highest I have ever seen and I can just forget I have them on. Also they are absorbent enough to last my entire work day without fail. Being incontinent since 1998 I have tried every pull up and tape-on diaper out there and these have really changed my opinion of pull up style diapers. They fit nice and snug and the pad is just the right length to cover what its supposed to. Thanks for a great product now if you can make a tape on product for night I would not have to buy anything else

Thanks Always, I just received my free sample of Always discreet panties. Love the floral design and the fit. They are so comfortable and the odor blocking design is so pleasant. I could not believe how absorbent they are. I will never go back to any other brand of bladder leakage. And like the other male users I love them. I do not believe you need to change a thing about them, men can wear them just the way they are.

I have been using Always Discreet for several years. I bought this product to help me during my crazy monthly times. I wear them to bed to help me feel more secure. Buy the right size. For me a size down wont work. You may be able to get away with a size up but it will be loose/baggy. Overall great product.

I'm men and I tried depends underwear for bed time only it was leaking bad when I had heavy urine it came out of my underwear so I had to research other options see what out there to prevent leaking so I took the guts to grab always discreet overnight underwear size l I tried it on its little big but very comfortable than depends and it prevent alot better than depends so I will continue wear it for bedtime only but will grab size s/m when I'm out of large recommend to both men and women grab those! It help me prevent my laundry headache

Thank you for a great product! I have tried every brand out there and the Always Discreet is awesome! The ones made for men that I have tried, are uncomfortable and bulky. I tried the ones made for woman and have found them to be more comfortable and undetectable. I really like the scent of Always Discreet, never smell of urine. As another reviewer said they definitely have the proper coverage for men and hold plenty without leaking like others I have tried. I recommend to everyone, you should try them!

I have had to wear incontinence products for a few years now and up until very recently, I was breaking the bank by ordering products from a mail order company. The only underwear that worked (and by "worked" I mean no leaks) was a brand made in Holland. They are very expensive, unisex so I didn't feel very feminine and somewhat bulky, but I could wear them with confidence. I am so excited to have found Always Discreet, because they WORK! They are so thin that I can wear them with everything and not worry. I am back to wearing knit skirts! The fit isn't the only outstanding feature, however. They really do protect and at a price that won't send me into bankruptcy, I can breath easier. There just aren't enough words to describe what a wonderful product this is. The company that makes Depends must be afraid, VERY afraid.

Received my sample yesterday and gave it a test drive today. SO comfortable! I like the stretchy waistband and the absorbent padding is placed where it should be. The lavender scent is a nice touch and isn't overwhelming. I found the leg cuffs to be a little snug at first but they eased up. Voided a full bladder and the urine was immediately drawn away into the core, no leaking around the legs. No rashes and the underwear held its shape well, no sagging. I was impressed and it still could have held more fluid. My new backup for field trips, long rides and other places where access to a bathroom is limited.

I tried other brands and I like always the best. They have the best fit they're the most comfortable and they don't leak. They're more like a pair of panties and I like the way they're constructed. When I came back to always I just got rid of my other brands these are so much more comfortable and they fit so well.

These diapers say that they are built for women. Well, I have tried these diapers and they worked for me, a male. These diapers have pads that travel up the front, enough to cover everything, or at least for me. I really think Always should release this product or something similar for men. Always Discreet Underwear will always be my go-to diaper, customer for life, even though I am a male. Now, I did a one-trial run study on these diapers. What I did was take one of the diapers and poured water into it until it would stop taking water. Well, after 3 cups of water, I slowly position the water to fully maximize the intake. Well, what I found was the diaper held at least 32 ounces of water, quite impressive for a pull up diaper. So, absorbency of these diapers exceeds a good majority of tabbed diapers. But, when I examined the pad after this, it had swelled to about 11 times the initial size (which I measured to be around 0.5 cm). So, if this diaper was filled to this level it would be very hard to conceal. However, the pads were completely dry to the touch (which is unheard of, even among the high-end tabbed diapers). I was very impressed with the performance of these diapers. There is only one thing to complain about these diapers. These diapers have a flowery smell. I wish there was an option with no smell. But I completely understand this because they are built for women and it would be an appropriate smell. But it could take away from the discreetness, especially if bystanders are familiar with the smell. Or, the opposite, they may wonder where the smell is coming from. So, for men, it is not conventional, to say the least. Now men if you are looking for pull up diapers to wear to bed, then these may not be the best option, especially if you are a side sleeper. They will leak because the guards stay compressed up front, so urine will run around the guard, not against it.

Let's start off by saying that I am male. I'm also not scared of having flowers on my underwear (trust me, leaks are embarrassing). These work. Period. I used tape on plastic diapers for the last 30 years because pull ups didn't work. Until now. ALWAYS has been in our household for over 20 years (my wife and daughter are loyal customers).
