First time purchase for this type of protection, but time marches on and I am officially old with some body parts not functioning as well as they once did… I bought them for added security when I go out to eat or to other social functions. I have only used a couple since the purchase, but they are comfortable, well padded and soft, and do not show under clothing. I consider these to be necessary for peace of mind so I don't have to worry about embarrassing myself in public. ☺️

This a great product, so comfortable to wear. This is my favourite product, love the soft dual Leak Guards where the leaks happens the most specially at the legs. I like the soft cotton waist band it gives me comfort and protection. I like that they come in sizes small/medium and large/extra large. I will be definitely buying more of this product. This a great product.

garish packaging, packed way too tight, designed for tall people. I don't want the crotch to my knees. Those were my first thoughts. The XL does fit my 45" hips and they will go larger. I'm 5' 3.75" tall. They will work under my Jostar tent type dresses. I have stones in my body. The odds are high they are in 2 places. They form because of no vitamin D or sunshine. They used to operate to remove them. Now there is a medication for it. I'm 73 years old. They only have one bow on the front and 3 purple lines at the top. They would fit taller people better.

Fantastic product. They are very close to regular underwear. They are very soft , cloth like. Not at all like paper , every other brand I've tried felt like paper. Very uncomfortable. Always discreet is the only underwear and pads I ever buy . I love them. I wish someone had told me about them before I tried all of the inferior brands . The only thing that bothers me is the price. I'm on a fixed income and it is very hard for me to purchase them.

They did ok..I wish there was more coverage in the front and back as well..they just need more material in those areas with more stretch..was very tight on the inner leg opening..had to put some extra material there because of the pain it was causing me…but,I do use them everyday and will continue until I find something better fitting to wear

After using pads and being unsuccessful with them, I ordered these briefs. They are like adult pullups. I love that they are easy to pull on and off plus the absorbency level is wonderful. The sizes run big so I wish I had ordered a smaller size.

I was originally using another well known brand but found them too bulky and they were phasing out the briefs with no color. I tried the Always brand and received the same protection for my severe incontinence, but feel less like I am wearing a diaper.

These have saved me many times. They do what they say, they are comfortable and very dependable. I just had surgery and getting to the bathroom on time didn't always happen with all the plugs, hoses and tubes. Big or small leaks these can handle them all. Highly recommend!!!

Nice packaging. It might seem like nothing, but having individual packaging makes it easier to determine how many are left and when it is time to reorder. Individuals of advanced age can use these reminders. When the recipient gets to the last bag, time to reorder. Thank you for making our life better.

Honestly very unimpressed for a brand I typically love. Bought these to wear post c-section and definitely wouldn't buy again or recommend. The fit, especially in the back, is odd and uncomfortable. The padding tends to bunch up all around. There's also a fragrance that although not unpleasant is a bit stronger than I would prefer it be. While I do appreciate the lower cost, would definitely recommend going with Depends or even the Equate brand for postpartum needs.
