I used these postpartum and these were a life saver! Comfy enough to sleep in, and very reliable for my needs. Highly recommend for anyone needing something leakproof and they fit perfectly!

Much more comfortable than anything I've tried previously. I had to start wearing these after surgery because I lost a lot of feeling from nerve damage. These fit really well and are very soft.

They work really well, she has narrow hips and thighs so leaks only occur occasionally. They are perfumed which isn't good for allergies and can clash with personal scents. Wish they were unscented!!

The fit of "Always" is better than other items for incontinence. They are very comfortable and absorbent. The size XXL is difficult to find but it's the only size that works for a large handicapped person and leaves no gaps in coverage.

this product is the best that I have tried for incontinence.. I am 5'4" 238 lbs large is the best fit for me. After I lose 10 lbs they will fit better.

First of all, definitely size up! I am well in the weight and pant size margin for the size large, however they barely cover my butt. I bought these to use while on my period because since giving birth, I get extremely heavy periods. I had high hopes for these but unfortunately, blood leaked out of the first diaper that I tried. It leaked out around the crotch area of the diaper and bled through, quite a bit, all the way to my shorts. Maybe I will try a different brand next month but not sure. Definitely disappointed with these and very disappointed that I spent my money on these, when I could've tried a different product that might have actually worked for me. Definitely don't recommend these if you have accidents, they might work to hold a small amount of urine but definitely not much.

i have bought this product for years because other sizes don't fit me xxl ones in other sizes are way too small these fit awesome some times i do have accidents and have overflows so i wear them like daily underwear for small leaks but major urine leaks i wish they had more protection

I have to purchase these underwear for my mother who is 91 years old. These underwear were $42.94 the first of the year (2023). I bought this same item last week and they are now $75.74. $33.80 difference. Unreal..... Do you have any coupons you can send for these.

I recently went on a three week end of summer International trip. I was trying to avoid having to wash clothes midpoint, so I took these to use as disposable underwear. They worked fantastic! Not only did they serve the purpose of disposable, discreet underwear; they also helped capture sweat from the super hot climates. Finally, there's the added bonus of creating extra space for souvenirs as I used them!
