They fit great and feel like underwear instead of a diaper. It has odor control built in and leak protection so I feel confident outside on even the trampoline.

The label photo shows them to be right under your belly button, which was not the case for me, as it was well over mine. I didn't care for the bulky feel of the pad and felt too much like a diaper. These also have a light powdery scent that I was not a fan of.

I don't have to get up in the middle of the night to change them. They are lightly scented if you can't do scent. They are soft and very comfortable I have no issues wearing these.

Let me start by saying these “underwear” are definitely more like diapers than ladies underwear. But that is definitely a positive attribute, as it absorbs your incontinence extremely well and provides maximum protection against leakage. They are also comfortable and are not tight like other leakage guards that I have tried. The fit is perfect and covers every inch of my bottom area. I also don't smell like urination while wearing, so it conceals odor in the best possible manner. Btw, I had multiple head surgeries which has affected my bladder, which is the reason for needing these underwear. I'm so happy they come in plus sizes, too. I highly recommend purchasing them and I will be buying another pack in the near future. These underwear are so needed!

I like that they don't leak or have odors, so I feel comfortable and secure. They are really absorbent and allow me to enjoy my life. They are easy to pull up and remove when needed. If you have bladder issues, then these are worth getting.
