Fit true to size. Help a lot.

Ehhhh

Totally inadequate underwear!

I can't believe it received good reviews. Totally inadequate absorbancy. liquid pours out the too thin sides . I even tried adding absorbent pads.I returned them. DO NOT BUY!!

Absorbance

My mother-in-law tried the xxl maximum and found that the absorbency for her nighttime needs did not hold up. She said the "maximum" underwear was ok for daytime use. I suspect they're equal to a Poise 5 and she normally uses a 6 or 7.

Great absorbency comfort and fit no leaks or orders

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has really good absorbency and leak protection and unlike some diapers the liquid doesn't leave stains on where you sit it's really comfortable and feels more like underwear then a diaper
