I needed these for years with out of control heavy periods that pads and tampons just wouldn't touch. These would've been perfect! I'm so glad they are out now for my fellow plus size ladies who need them whether it be for incontinence or periods. These protect you from leaks and odors and fit up to a size of 26W!!

These are very absorbent. They're very comfortable. They fit good. It feels like you're just wearing underwear and it definitely gives you leak protection is what I was looking for. I highly recommend these is if you're looking for Bladder control because at 45. I do need some help with my bladder control. especially after surgery it's very nice to know that I am not having any leakage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the ALWAYS name is well known, these underwear are absorbent and have a pleasant fresh odor to them and they protect the clothes from leaks, however the fit isn't one to be desired. They cut high on women which makes them uncomfortable if the woman is elderly. They need FULL brief coverage at that age. Plus, these gave my mom a rash on her inner thigh from always rubbing them when she walked. If they made them in a brief style, I would fully recommend them.

They are very bulky in the front like a giant pad and it's very visible in your pants! They are hot as well. They didn't smell great either. The fit on these is just embarrassing

In addition, they look feminine, and have a nice little bow feature printed on the front of the panties, which is not only decorative but helps me to determine which is the back and which is the front. I feel very confident when wearing them because they are extremely absorbent, and I have not experienced any leaks at all. This is probably because any liquid is turned to gel and the underwear is lightly scented which all adds to a feeling of "clean" and not having to worry about unpleasant odors. It is important to feel protected when out and about and this product checks all of the boxes for me.
