I use these as underwear for my Mom. As a caregiver, I need a product that fits her, is absorbent, and keeps her dry. The Always Discreet fit her best. Another brand got substituted in one of my pickup orders. I used them, but they seemed to fit tighter, adding more noticeable impressions to her skin. Always Discreet has a bow on the front, making it easy to get the underwear on correctly. A note for other caregivers: get a wipe warmer from the baby department.

I have tried other brands but this is my favorite for feel, fit, odor (specifically lack of). They are very soft and feel like cotton. I wear size 7 underwear and use a large size in these disposables. One caveat however has to do with ordering online. Ordering online is required to receive the most economical price for a quantity of 56. This will be registered as qty. of 1 on your order. Make sure that you receive 2 packages of 28. I received only 1 package of 28, but had paid for 56. A quick call and pleasant to Customer Service remedied the shortage. I received my correct order in two days.

I use these at night because I have Rhuematoid Arthritis and sometimes I can not move fast enough to prevent leaking. I have tried numerous brands and these are by far the best. They are soft, they do not pinch my upper thigh, they are pretty, they hold a lot of liquid, they are very comfortable, almost like wearing nothing. I can't say enough good things. Just try them you will love them. You can buy cheaper ones but they will be stiff and unyielding. Pay a dollar or two more and get a good quality product that you will be satisfied with.

I'm dealing with some lingering issues due to radiation and chemo and need to have stents from my kidneys to my bladder. They have been nothing but problems but they're necessary for the time being. Now that I'm done with treatments they will be coming out soon. But until then, I'm dealing with bladder control. These have been a huge Godsend, truly. I refused to get “diapers” for a bit there because I'm in my late 20s and shouldn't have to deal with that! But the pads for this issue leak so much. I tried another brand and they held a good bit overnight, but still leaked if I didn't wake up to change at least 3 times. These hold everything all night long. It has been wonderful being able to sleep without setting alarms to wake up all night to change and use the bathroom. I have a little better control during the day, but still worried about going out for long outings in case a pad or the other brand leaked. Now that I have these I'm not scared to leave the house and am slowly getting my life back! These are soft and thin so you can't see them under clothes. They don't make the “diaper” sound when you walk. I do wear boxer brief underwear over them to hold them in place and have extra coverage. But that's my personal preference and don't think it's necessary if you don't want layers. I'm seriously so happy I tried these. The price could be better. Women (and men) shouldn't have to pay this much for the supports they need to manage life. And insurance doesn't cover the good stuff! Looking forward to not needing these but grateful to have them until then!

I used these after having my baby. They work perfectly. No leaks. No worrying about ruining clothes, sheets, or furniture. I had a cesarean and inside the diaper there's a sort of ruffle that hit right at the incision. I used a regular panty liner sideways right there and it helped protect the incision and kept it from getting irritated. I also recommend these for heavy menstral cycles and overnight protection. Worry less and relax more!

My mom now needs these, she has dementia, and they are such a huge help. I also personally handled them and was impressed with their softness, yet sturdy, and very cute printed bows in front. My mom immediately was fine to wear them, she says they are comfortable. So now these are all she wears, and we are so grateful for them -- please keep selling them!

i will NEVER wear another tampon. wore these post birth, LIFE-CHANGING, im 3 years postpartum, and unless i plan to go swimming i opt for these. you cant see them through leggings, im not embarrassed, theyre not uncomfortable. i have endometriosis and have seen significant reduction in cramping vs using a tampon (yes even unbleached) or menstrual cup/disc. Ive also just never loved a pad, theyre bulky, sweaty? and i find myself constantly concerned im bleeding everywhere. but I've worn these with WHITE LINEN pants in broad daylight without asking my husband to shimmy a few paces back and "check me" lol! FIVE STARS! (also size 10/12 i wear a L and theyre definitely a little loose, i like the fit because im uncomfortable while on my period but if you want to feel more security maybe size down?)

I like the fact that it kept me dry the whole time I was wearing them and the scent that's all nationals very good and I like the fact that I don't have to worry about leakage or anything like that. they fit really well there is no sagging or little to no sagging so you can't really tell you're wearing them.

The Always womens underwear for incontinence do exactly what they say. I use maximum xl size. They absorb the urine leakage and do not leak. They leave me worry free when I am going out. I take a water pill and constantly have a need to use the bathroom this assures me I can make it there without any leakage on my clothes. Odor free. For me I change 2x a day. Very comfortable. The best is the price is affordable. I recommend the product highly. I would love some free sample coupons from manufacturer. It would be nice.

I bought these because I could get them faster/cheaper than assurance but they are not as good feeling and DON'T have the protective anti leak feeling Assurance has...I just bought them out of desperation because I could supposedly get them faster than I could Assurance
