I no longer wear tampons or pads, only full protection underwear! I love these they make me feel so comfortable and free. No matter what I do, I don't have to worry about leakage!!

I don't like them i'm allergic to them they cause rash every where ,plus they don;t hold much there is not enough padding and the are too narrow that urine creeps out.

These Diaper are defective,the glue or whatever the foreign adhesive always sticks to the skin,poorly constructed and always leak.No variety same old pattern and packaging is always difficult to open not worth the price.

Of all the various incontinence underwear I've tried, Always is consistently the most comfortable and the least likely to cause chafing. I just wish they were a bit stronger and faster. They occasionally do leak and have to be changed frequently.

I keep buying my grandmother her Small/Med S/M PM size underware. She keeps saying I'm getting her Patite size and that she needs S/M size. My question is what does the PM under the S/M size mean? S/M PM ?

Works great no leakage what so ever I had major surgery and I have bladder issues and could not make it make it to the bathroom in time and these saved me from embarrassment

I am an 82 year old user of The Always Discreet women's pads and also the underwear. I am a diabetic and also on a water pill that has me drinking a lot of fluids everyday. The Always Discreet products are worth every penny.
